What counts?
- You can run, walk, combine both, or use a treadmill. Complete your distance in one continuous recorded activity.
- A small GPS shortfall, such as 9.97 km for a 10 km entry, is fine.
- Use each activity for one medal only. The same activity cannot be submitted for another medal.
Complete your run and submit your result by December 31, 2026.
